OBJECTIVE
To score points on your opponents
EQUIPMENT
flat rubber mats (bases), tennis balls, cones

- Divide class into groups of 4-5 players. They have their own playing area with a base on the floor and a tennis ball. Each player has a number, player 1 starts with the ball. Player 2 catches from player 1, then player 3 catches from 2, etc. and player 1 catches from the last person. The same order is kept throughout the game.
- Points are scored by having the ball bounce twice before being caught by the next person, or by hitting the spot (base).
- If the ball goes out of bounds, the point is given to the catcher of the ball.
- The player with the most points when time is up wins.

- Use non-dominant hand only
- Only catch with one hand
